Remetor CV 20mg/75mg Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

How to use Remetor CV Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Remetor CV 20mg/75mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Remetor CV 20mg/75mg Capsule works
Remetor CV 20mg/75mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel which decrease cholesterol and prevent heart attack. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication which prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Common Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Muscle pain, Weakness, Increased glucose level in blood, Bruising, Nose bleed, Hematoma, Gastric bleeding, Black/dark colored stools, Increased liver enzymes.
